Has everyone survived the Black Friday carnage without injury? I hope y’all came home armed with bundles of bargains, as for me I opted to avoid the high street mayhem this year by preparing to convert the abode into somewhat of a mini winter-wonderland. It’s now hubby’s job to venture into the depths of Spiderville (aka the attic) the retrieve our array of fairy lights, baubles & giant stuffed snowmen.
I’m really beginning to feel festive already… heck I’ve even got the seasonal DVD’s lined up including: Elf, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, Jack Frost, Planes Trains & Automobiles, Polar Express, The Grinch, Muppets Christmas Carol…. I literally could go on and on!
However without ranting too much about the arrival of the Jolly Hols, if you fancy feasting your eye’s over a quick catch up on the weekly shenanigans then here’s a short run through of what’s been happening over the last few days here on Confetti & Curves, so grab your cuppa and let’s get started…
I couldn’t resist the temptation of rolling up my sleeves and creating these little cuties. If you fancy an easy peasy spot of festive crafts then why not give these sparkly little owls a go? They’re utterly adorable and fool proof for even the most amateur of crafters!
Our first blogger of the week was the lovely Chane from Chanes Collection. Check our her fun interview as she talks beauty must-haves, beating bloggers block and what’s on her bucket list!
Which do you prefer? In Wednesdays post I chatter about a common beauty tool dilemma when it comes to choosing the perfect partner for foundation application. Don’t forget to check out some of the super helpful feedback left by other readers and beauty bloggers in the comments section! We’d love to read your thoughts too 🙂
I prep the virtual sofa once again for our second blogger of the week… the talented Anna from The Glitter Mirror. Anna’s online haven is sure to impress those amongst us who love catching up with cosmetics or leafing over lifestyle posts. Don’t forget to stop by and say a quick hello!
Wave goodbye to smudging, fading & colour transference by saying hello to Lipcote. Due to reader request, I explain the benefits of keeping this little bottle of must-have lip potion close to hand this party season.
As always, thank y’all so very much for the abundance of support, comments, re-tweets, shares, likes & just darn right loveliness. You lot really are an awesome bunch. Do feel free to pop a favourite link from your blog in the comments below for the rest of us to check out, otherwise don’t forget to say a quick hello!
Catch me on:
