Ho Ho Ho…
It’s been a busy week here at Confetti & Curves HQ with work going crazy, Em’s school term coming to a halt, last minute Christmas shopping & a week full of exciting blog posts! I often wonder how (or where) I manage to summon the energy from, especially with things so darn busy, yet often it’s when life accelerates at full speed ahead is when I thrive the most. Having said that (and in all honesty as I sit here with
suitcases bags under my eyes) I’m reeeeeally looking forward to a few days rest and relaxtion. And what do I plan on doing with all this upcoming free time I hear you enquire… absolutely nothing other than relish in the contents of my goodies cupboard & watch a multitude of cheesy festive films with the family!
Today however I’ll be out and about, usually my Sundays are needed to recharge after a busy week of super early starts but with Santa’s imminent visit & a few tasks still to tick off my ‘to do’ list there’s no rest until everything’s done & dusted. Of course for those of you who plan on spending the day curled up at home enjoying a few hours to yourself then you may want to take advantage of a little light blog reading – and with that I’ll fully oblige 🙂 So pour yourself a nice big cup of coffee (or whatever yummy tipple you require) and nestle down in your comfiest chair as we take a peek at what fun shenanigans has been appearing on the blog this week…
According to Monday’s post I’m not the only cosmetic craver guilty of harbouring onto overdue beauty goodies for longer than recommended. However thanks to a recent clear out of my new Ikea make-up drawers I discover a few keys dates to avoid blighting my complexion with a cocktail of bacterial nasties!
Our first blogger of the week is the fabulous Oana from Not Just Makeup. This avid cosmetic craver certainly enjoys whipping up a fun beauty feature however for those that love a sprinkling of lifestyle you’ll adore finding out more about this fabulous gal and her blossoming blog in Tuesdays fun interview!
Tying in with Monday’s post I move onto exploring ways in which to keep my stash of trusty make-up tools as fresh and sparkly clean as they can be. Is the B. Makeup Brush Cleaner really worth the investment? Just press play and find out for yourself… don’t forget to *click here* to stop by the Confetti & Curves YouTube channel where you can hit that subscribe button so you never miss an upload *Waaaah Hooo*
In Thursdays post I plump up the cushions on our virtual sofa yet again to make way for the lovely Lauren who stops by to give us an insight into behind the scenes of her blossoming beauty blog Beauty By Lo. Don’t forget to visit her blog & say a quick hello after you get caught up with her fun filled interview.
As the new year fast approaches so does my desire to invest in a brand spanking new diary to schedule all of Confetti & Curves exciting post of 2016… but which one to choose? *sigh* So many perfect planners and only one me… Help!!
Yesterday’s post was focusing on the professional facial serum by none other than Oz Naturals. Considering this was a totally new experience of dipping into the world of serums I’m sure you’ll be intrigued to find out just how much it faired or failed. What’s your favourite skincare product of the season?
As always, thank y’all so very much for the abundance of support, comments, re-tweets, shares, likes & just darn right loveliness. You lot really are an awesome bunch. Do feel free to pop a favourite link from your blog in the comments below for the rest of us to check out, otherwise don’t forget to say a quick hello!
